1. Who We Are

AliGlobalShop is an affiliate website that curates product deals from AliExpress. We earn a commission (3–9%) when you purchase through our links, at no extra cost to you. AliGlobalShop is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any data protection matter, contact us at aliglobalshopoffers@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect very little data. The only personal data you actively provide is the email address you submit through our optional price-drop alert form (see Section 3). Beyond that, our infrastructure may passively collect:

• GitHub Pages (hosting): may log IP addresses and user agents as part of standard server logs.
• Cloudinary CDN: serves product images; may log request metadata.
• Browser storage: we store a single cookie-consent flag in localStorage on your device.

3. Price-Drop Email Alerts

Some product pages offer an optional form that lets you receive an email when a product reaches a target price. If you choose to use it, we collect and process the following:

• Data collected: your email address, the product you are watching, and the target price you set.
• Purpose: to send you a one-off notification when the product price drops to or below your target.
• Email processor: alert emails are delivered through Resend, which processes your email address on our behalf solely to send these messages.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form.
• Retention: we keep your email address only until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.
• Your control: you can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 7. We do not use your email for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.

4. International Data Transfers

Our email processor Resend is based in the United States, so sending a price-drop alert involves transferring your email address outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is safeguarded by Resend's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and the UK Extension), supplemented by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into our data processing agreement with Resend. Our hosting (GitHub Pages) and image CDN (Cloudinary) providers may likewise process technical log data in the United States under equivalent safeguards.

5. Affiliate Tracking

When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to AliExpress. AliExpress may set its own cookies and tracking pixels, governed by their own Privacy Policy. We receive an anonymous commission report: no personal data about you is shared with us.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage solely to remember your cookie consent choice. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels are set by this website.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you have submitted your email through the price-drop alert form, you can exercise these rights over that data by contacting us at aliglobalshopoffers@gmail.com. For server logs controlled by GitHub or Cloudinary, you may also exercise these rights with those providers.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. A list of national supervisory authorities in the EEA is available on the European Data Protection Board website.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
